MAINTENANCE PROGRAM
Axis proudly offers quarterly maintenance programs for existing and future developments that consist of, but are not limited to the following:
Entrance Monument Inspections
Irrigation Inspections
Fencing Inspections: Wrought Iron, Aluminum, Wood
Amenities Inspections: Clubhouse, Restrooms, Pools, Sporting Areas
Lighting Inspections
All other items that can be listed of concern while inspecting above items will be addressed and reported accordingly.
Once inspections are complete, a thorough report for repairs will be compiled and submitted to management for review.
